Booking Procedure

1. 1.  find the property of your choice;
2. 2.  read our general booking conditions;
3. 3.  use the contact form above to get an option by email for maximum 3 days, or immediately confirm your wish to make a booking;
4. 4.   receive a booking confirmation email inviting you to complete and confirm your booking by paying the confirmatory deposit (30% of the rental price), thereby accepting the general booking conditions and our privacy terms;
5. 5.   receive latest 7 weeks before arrival date a reminder to pay the balance rent, cleaning fee, security deposit (if required) and eventual extra ordered services;
6. 6.   get property location and directions;
7. 7.  and enjoy your holiday in Le Marche!
